Diet & hydration state dependent. 

Timed collection
0 - 6 mth 0.2 – 1.6, mmol/24 hrs
>6 mth - 2 yrs 0.2 - 2.0, mmol/24 hrs
>2 - 6 yrs 0.5 - 6.0, mmol/24 hrs
>6 - 10 yrs 1.5 - 12.6, mmol/24 hrs
>10 - 15 yrs 2.0 - 20.0, mmol/24 hrs
> 15 yrs male , 9.0 - 18.0, mmol/24 hrs
> 15 yrs female 7.0 - 12.5, mmol/24 hrs

Note: Creatinine excretion is dependent on lean body mass.

Males 0.12 - 0.23 mmol/kg/24 hr
Females 0.10 - 0.18 mmol/kg/24 hr

Comments

Endogenous creatinine production is known to be related to muscle mass and metabolism.

Higher levels are found in males.
